Specials - Slalom performance

This course is meant for paddler’s with already some white-water experience.During this week all the paddlestrokes are reviewed,and placed in « slalomcontence »

The precision of movement which you are learning here,will help later on in other diciplines of kayak ,like Rodeo. The exercising on the slalom-runs of Argentiere ,St.Clement and Briancon will be alternated with some runs on technical parts of the Guil and Ubaye .
